• Main Execution in NLD LM, Intracity, FTTx Roll out (Aggregate, CSS, CSS-LM, FSA/ESA/DSA).

• All OFC project related activities like Route survey, Trenching, MH Installation, DIT, Ducting works, Cable blowing, joint pits & Route marker installation, FDMS Termination, OTDR Handling, LSPM Handling etc.

• Project Deployment & Site Supervision.

• Fiber rollout for FTTX and Intracity routes.

• Responsible for supporting the deployment team in providing field related solutions in line with project requirements and prevailing rules / norms

• Responsible for supervision of all construction and site management activities.

• Vendor/Contractor Relationship Management for Sites

• Coordination with Contractors and Project Management Teams to meet the construction Schedule.

• ROW Clearance work. Daily OFC route visit.

• Making SLD Diagram.

• HDPE duct, OFC Cable and DWC pipe lying.

• Decision and Supervision for different crossing Drain, culvert and Flyover Bridge.

• Responsible for Liaoning with Public and Local Authorities.

• Responsible for Daily Progress Report of all sites.

• Support execution team on any clarity required for specification or on ground condition.

• Route Indicator Installation work and Main Hole Installation.

• Responsible for Making ITP ( Inspection test Report)

• Responsible for Making  As built Drawing

• Responsible for Handing over the route

• In case of   lesser work in fiber rollout, always free to move as by management for IP Colo Sites(Sharing with R Com , BSNL,BhartiAirtel,GTL,ATC only) , Own Built Sites.

• Always being in touch with Quality and Safety team for awareness of being quality work and safety needed things with my teams at site.

Worked as a Project Engineer- Civil at Vindhya Telelinks Limited (MP Birla Group) NFS Project 4G (Defence Ministry of India).

 

• Co-ordinate with the TSP vendor and team regarding All Project Work.

• Responsible for OFC Network planning including routes survey, for the enhanced coverage of network, with quality thus leading to customer delight.

• Sufficient Knowledge ducting, manhole installation, DIT, blowing, splicing, Terminations & link testing by ODTR & LSPM.

• Preparation of Report, ABD’s for the routes all measurements sheet of the complete OFC route.

• Creates MIN for TSP Vendor. 

• Liaison with Customer and ROW person for proactive issue resolution and timely permissions.

• Responsible for the quality and do final link testing before handover of the fiber for equipment planning

• Making Network diagrams & Layout diagrams for new coming sites for Fiber connectivity (PowerPoint)

• Maintaining all the MIS Reports required for updating daily progress Report.

• Join the Training at Regular interval to improve the Knowledge.
